Washington Family Residence

Establishing the integrity of classical design, while adapting for modern luxuries is an exciting, yet delicate task. With a team of talented carpenters, Citidev upgraded the Washington Family Residence from  4,500 SF to 7,500 SF, including the addition of an upper level and transforming the basement level into habitable living space by excavating 2’ of soil below.

Citidev worked extensively to establish a sophisticated home for the family. New plumbing was put in throughout the house, including the additions of en suite bathrooms for all four children. The electrical wiring was replaced through the home, and radiant heating was installed. Classic trim work, traditional doors and windows, imported ceramic tiles, and sophisticated fixtures come together to produce a stunning classical family home.
